[Cc-webedit] Proposal: Bike bloc front page highlight

I would prefer to revert to the Copenhagen promo that we had previously,
with the "RECLAIM POWER" image, and this is more generally about
Copenhagen rather than about a specific action at Copenhagen. Though I
can also see that perhaps people think the bike bloc video would be more
inspiring?
