Proposal from Natalie below - this needs to happen fairly soon so
comments by 9 PM please.

I am reluctant for there to be more than 3 links in the main promo. I
think even that's a bit high. I propose we replace the events link with
this.

Also, I think saying "delayed", while technically accurate, is not very
inspiring. Think we should just take a bit of artistic license and say
"cancelled".
