[Cc-webedit] Swoop front page - proposal

Hi all,

The main swoop page
(http://climatecamp.org.uk/actions/climate-swoop-2009) isn't looking
great in my opinion. I have some ideas about changing it.

* Remove the random "Why coal?" link
* Move the fences video to be at the top of the main content body text -
the same size but floated to the right (so the text flows around it).
* Move the paragraph about the email list to the sidebar, underneath the
swoop sms link, with a title which says "Stay updated"
* Get rid of the "the plan" page, instead have that information below
the promotional text on the main swoop page

The swoop is edging ever closer and it would be quite good to clean up
this page as it is the main thing people hearing about the swoop are
going to see, so could I please get comments by, say, lunchtime
tomorrow? (Or if you think it's a good plan then please say so ASAP and
I can do it sooner.)
