[Cc-webedit] Swoop front page - proposal

I agree we should improve it.

The Why Coal page was originally something along the lines of an "about" 
page..Our justifications, bit of background... I'm not saying don't remove 
it, just what it was there for. I s'pose we could leave the page in the menu 
sidebar and remove the link, if that's what you're thinking?

Hm, not too sure about this. If it's moved to this place, it'll sit quite 
far down the page (below the fold on 1024 x 768?) Also, it'll have a H2 
title presumably... I just think it might "disappear" a bit if it's placed 
there, when surely at this stage we want it to be prominent? (Yep I know I'm 
paradoxicaly suggesting it's more prominent on its own page!) Also, maybe 
people will want to print out The Plan, which is easier if it has its own 
page... Also also, won't appending the entire plan to the front page make 
for a really long dangly page? I'm not against it, just have my 
reservations. How about having a prominet link in the front page to the 
Plan? Or is that the sort of linking you're trying to avoid?
