[Cc-webedit] Swoop front page - proposal

Cool - I am persuaded by the arguments for keeping the "plan" page, so
let's just leave it.

What's the new "swoop information" Alistair? Because in my other email I
was suggesting turning it into just a "What to bring" page - so I'd be
interested to hear what other content there is to go up?
