[Cc-webedit] Website during swoop

Some things:

* I am really busy at the moment. Will try to do what I can tomorrow but
please no-one assume that I will necessarily be around to make changes
or whatever. Sorry.
* Image on front page idea sounds great, but I don't have time to put it
together. If someone else does then let's do it.
* PROPOSAL for main promo: Two links, one to the "live" map thing and
another to the indymedia timeline
* The only place I can think to embed the timeline is as part of the mix
in "climate campers online". This is fairly quick and easy to do.
