[Cc-webedit] Front page changes

2 things -

1) we've been changing the homepage on a more than daily basis
throughout the camp with great success and, for obvious reasons, it
really hasn't been practical while at camp to use the email list for
this.

2) Its a great pic - the homepage looks great and i think we should
stay with that for the next few days. and we should be loking to get
more info from international as i think we need more on that as soon
as possible
