[Cc-webedit] Changes to London camp section

Hiya,

I think the London camp section needs re-working a bit to make sense now
the camp is in the past.

Here's what I think we should do:

REMOVE:
* What to bring
* Legal info
* Meetings at the camp
* What will be on the site
* Accessibility
* Swoop Positions

MAIN PAGE (/actions/london-2009):
* Rework text from flyer, "why blackheath" leaflet into something that
makes sense
* Mix with decent photos, the map and the CCTV player

Comments welcome but if I haven't heard any major objections by tomorrow
I'll assume the gist of the idea is okay.
