[Cc-webedit] Changes to London camp section

Amendment to this:

I propose we remove
http://climatecamp.org.uk/get-involved/spread-the-word/flyers-and-posters

In favour of having a "Flyers and Posters" page inside specific action
sections. So we'd move that stuff to the London '09 section.

Also, would be good to broaden out the language a bit on
http://climatecamp.org.uk/get-involved/spread-the-word to make it more
relevant post-camp.
