the users Jonathan asks for. Jon, I  want administrator rights so I can

1) Can you add the below info re: Leeds gathering to the gathering page of
the website urgently:

2) Can you make me able to edit the gathering page (username
jonathanstevenson)?

3) Can you set up a separate log-in with the username 'london' to edit the
london page? I think Alistair found a couple of people to take on the
London page last night, but it would be good if it could be a generic
log-in that lots of people can use to edit that page.

TIMINGS

The gathering is taking place on 3-4 October 2009 in Leeds. It runs from
10-6 on Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday.

VENUE

The venue is The Common Place - Leeds' autonomous, radical social centre -
23-25 Wharf Street, Leeds, LS2 7EQ. http://www.thecommonplace.org.uk. It's
wheelchair accessible.

ACCOMMODATION

There is crashpad accommodation available on Friday and Saturday nights.
This means floorspace - you'll need to bring a sleeping bag and rollmat.
Please email gathering at climatecamp.org.uk to let us know which nights
you're coming, and we'll confirm where it is. Some beds can be provided if
needed. Again contact gathering at climatecamp.org.uk

AGENDA ITEMS

The deadline for submitting agenda items to gathering at climatecamp.org.uk
is Friday 25 September.

FOOD

Yumminess of the vegan variety will be provided by the Leeds Café Collective.

SOCIAL

There'll be a social on Saturday night at the Common Place. For licensing
reasons you either need to be a member or a guest to attend. Members need
to sign up at least 2 days in advance, and not everyone will be able to be
a guest. So we're encouraging everyone to become a member now - it only
costs &pound;2, and it's worth doing even if you're not sure you're coming
as the Common Place is great! To join, it's best to do it via Paypal, or
you can send a cheque. See

DONATIONS

The suggested donation is &pound;15 to cover the costs of the weekend,
including food. You can put in more or less, depending on what you can
afford.

TRAVEL POOL

A travel pool will operate as usual. The travel pool is a way for those
who've come to the gathering from nearby to contribute to the travel costs
of those who've travelled further. Those who wish to make a claim write
down how much they've spent at the welcome desk and at the end of the
weekend the money in the travel pool is split proportionally among those
who've claimed.

KIDS SPACE

At the moment we're not able to offer a kids space but if we get
volunteers in the next week this might change. If you can help please get
