Ordinary people should be able to find it at the top of the RBS page.

The claim link needs to be extremely prominent in order to encourage 
people to make a claim as easily as possible in the short time scale.
The lack of such a facility is a symptom of the rigid nature of the page.

It just happens that in this case the text is not 'short, snappy' which
is causing the imbalance (rigidity again)
