[Cc-webedit] Update from Process

Hello media and web folk, 

Attached are the minutes from the mentioned phone conference that took Thursday night between the Process Group and reps from Scotland.

The aim of the meeting was not to make any decision on whether or not we can move forward with plans for Scotland, but rather to establish a process to ensure a decision is made. There is a strong emphasis that listening to Scotland is fundamental, not additional, to any plans we make. We have also talked about being prepared not to go to Scotland if there is significant opposition.

Practically speaking, we are seeking to organise an open planning meeting somewhere in England to flesh out and develop the RBS project. This will take place, most likely, on the 16th May. It would be great if media/web folk can put this in their diary. Sorting our messaging is likely to be key. 

It is hoped that, by the 16th, Scotland will have had various meetings to feed in.

Once again, and I know this is obvious, the most important thing is that no illusion is given to CCA going up to Scotland.
