Its a very simple matter to embed a video on a website for those who have
access to its HTML source.

There are alternatives to YouTube such as...

http://vimeo.com/

Also, you can put the video on a server somewhere and merely provide a
link to it without embedding. See...

http://www.archive.org/

I am sure there are several more alternatives available.
