[Cc-webedit] front page

Hiya,
I wasn't thinking of this as a long term change, and I agree it's
definitely not perfect, but I thought it was something pragmatic that
responded to Jonathan's concerns about the home page for now. In a week
or two we should probably re-instate the "main promo" and put the Crude
Awakening in it.
I'm very open to hearing alternative proposals also.
