When did outreach express that this would be better?  Not on the email
lists as far as I know.  And what exactly did the site meeting express?
 They were concerned at the national gathering that we be clear to
advertise set-up and tat-down dates to our internal networking, but
that's the latest I've heard, and this was taken on board.
