[Cc-webedit] Front page proposal

Can I propose that we change the front page text from:

"This summer we're targeting the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh from
21st to 24th August."
to
"This summer we're targeting the 'oil and gas bank', the Royal Bank of
Scotland. Join us in Edinburgh from 21st to 24th August."

as there currently isn't an obvious reason on the front page as to why we'd
target RBS.
Also, I think 'never mind the bankers' is one slogan enough; the 'break the
banks' bit makes it confusing.
