Hi,

West Midlands Climate Action and a coalition of local groups and activists
have had a camp set up on the Huntington Lane Surface Mine Site in Telford
for about a week now. More info on our web site

As part of Fossil Fools day the West Midlands neighbourhood are putting on
a weekend gathering at the newly established Huntington Lane Camp. The
weekend will include a ramble over the proposed Huntington Lane Surface
Mine Site, Banner drops, campaign planning and most importantly carrying
out any work on site that needs doing to help establish a permanent base.

We appreciate any support we can get, and wondered if the camp and the
fossil fools event could be featured on the main Climate Camp website.
This has all happened really quickly and we need as many people as we can
get on site ASAP so any help you could give us with media exposure would
be good.

We would also like a copy of the Neighbourhood Media Pack
