[Cc-webedit] [Fwd: Huntington Lane Camp launched]

I agree. I think we should put it on the front page too. Here's what I
think we should do:

* Replace front page highlights "Copenhagen" and "COP OUT CAMP OUT" with
a highlight for the Huntington Lane convergence (first) and one for the
local groups page (second)

* Replace the main promo in "Next Actions" with something similar to the
home page main promo (i.e. about Fortnight of Shame).

* Remove the other outdated promos from "Next Actions" and add in one
about the Huntingdon Lane convergence
