Hello all,

The final draft of the four page story for the October 12th is now ready 
for comments, and is available on crabgrass.
If you would like to read it, or make comments, please email me and I 
can invite you to the document.

In terms of process - the deadline for comments is 1st August. The final 
edits will be made, and the document will then be ready of circulation 
by the 3rd August.
