[Cja] Thrown off CJA list

Hey everyone
As a coo admin I can inform that the privacy settings are made so  
everyone can just add themselves on this page:  
https://lists.aktivix.org/mailman/listinfo/cja
If anyone still have problems subscribing just contact me and I will  
add you (I will make sure to add Mads asap)

If people for one reason or another don't agree with the privacy  
settings I will like to explain the reasoning behind: When it was  
decided to make a new list, there was no discussion on what sort of  
security measures we might want to take. Therefor when the list was  
made it feeled utterly undemocratic to just make some structure  
without having a discussion about it first.

For the same reason I would like people to bear this in mind when they  
post to the list.
