Oh yeah!

This fits in quite well with what DFS3 have been trying to do, so I'm
copying that list.

We have been getting some experience of trying to connect [a] people
who need computers, [b] people who have unused computers and [c]
people who can upcycle computers. And feeding the skills back into the
community. Could do with some kind of federation to amplify it all.
