George - always good to meet a Podcast listener! And great to hear there are plans to set up a repair event in Chester Le Street. If you do manage to make contact, I’d certainly be interested to learn more and offer our support. Is the best way to reach you the phone number in your signature? Barry - I’m grateful for those links to Transition groups and the Festival of Thrift. As it happens, I’ve already sent a message to Transition Durham and Fixit Café, but I hadn’t come across Transition Gateshead, so thanks for that. I’ll also try to reach out to the festival organisers.
