[Dissent-bristol-info] RE: Info 4 Action day updates / action

Hi
Still waiting for schnews to come back re opening session. Can John
clarify exactly what Usma may be speaking on if we agree, and where she's
coming from? Original thinking was speakers on 'Dissent'(generally &
Bristol?) and why we're anti-capitalist/what it means (see text on Dissent
website). May need to hold on this til we meet & decide at next Info meet
on 1 March.

John - what happened to the Jubilee person (sorry forgot name).

Have chased London Rising tide, hope for feedback by end week. If no go we
ask local person (Crash).

Main concern is the no borders/asylum presentation. Asked Ollie to raise
with CSC - has he??? Also now have a phone & email contact for Josh, who
wrote extensively on the recent bristol Columbian deportation case - but
have CSC contacted him?

Other unknown is Kiptik on the Zapatista uprising. Will chase Ben regards
this.

Lastly - draft publicity to take to Dissent meet on 22 Feb - has Paul/Jon
made any progress with posters? I think 606 has some ideas.

Is the visit to MX still ok for Mon 21st at 1pm? Be good to have a
catering rep there. Perhaps we should invite others who are interested -
maybe put the visit on the general list?
