La prochaine réunion internationale de préparation aura lieu le
dernier week-end d’avril (le samedi 23, dimanche 24 et lundi 25) à
Lyon.

LIEU :
Le lieu exact ne pourra être dévoilé que quelques jours avant pour
éviter aux habitant-e-s toute pression policière.

Pour celles et ceux qui viennent de loin, il est possible d'arriver le
vendredi soir.
Pensez à prendre des vêtements chauds, duvets, tapis de sol...

PRIX LIBRE :
L'argent récolté servira à financer le prix de revient des aliments et
de la logistique, et si possible à aider financièrement certain-e-s
pour le déplacement .

*Samedi 23 avril*

10h30 : Accueil sur le site. Installation et organisation pratique.
Mise en place du site. Ce temps d’accueil, d’information et
d’installation est important pour le reste du week-end et nécessite la
participation du plus grand nombre pour faciliter la mise en place.

11h00 : Assemblée plénière
1 - Présentation des participant-e-s.
2 - Proposer la constitution d’un groupe de facilitation pour
l’ensemble des débats du week-end : facilitateur, tour de parole,
temps.
3 - Bilan de la mobilisation dans son ensemble : réponses aux appels ?
Des collectifs locaux ont-ils été crées ? Des actions sont-elles déjà
prévues ?
4 - Présentation des groupes de travail et retour sur les tâches que
chacun avait à faire depuis la dernière réunion internationale de
Paris.
5 - Liste des questions devant être actées collectivement.

15h00 : Groupes de travail

20h00 : Retour des groupes

21h00 : Repas et festivités

*Dimanche 24 avril*

10h30 : Temps d’accueil, de réveil, petit déjeuner. Cette précision
semble peut-être futile et pourtant nécessaire afin de respecter le
rythme de tout le monde tout au long du week-end et de renseigner les
personnes n’étant pas présentes la veille.

11h00 : Assemblée plénière
1 - Rappel des décisions à acter collectivement et de l'avancée des
groupes de travail.
2 - Discussions collectives sur les questions, les propositions et les
difficultés des groupes.
3 - Liste des taches demandées aux groupes de travail.

14h00 : Repas

15h00 : Groupes de travail

20h00 : Retour des groupes, liste des taches restantes et des
problèmes non résolus

21h00 : Repas et festivités

*Lundi 25 avril*

10h30 : Temps d’accueil, de réveil, de petit déjeuner.

11h00 : Groupes de travail portants sur les problématiques mises en
évidence par les retours de la veille

13h00 : Repas

14h00 : Assemblée plénière
1 - Synthèse des groupes de travail
2 - Prises d'opinions et décisions collectives

17h00 : Temps de debriefing pour l’ensemble du week-end.

17h30 : Rangement, ménage, restitution du lieu en l’état avec l’aide
du plus de monde possible.

10h30 : Welcome on site. Installing and practical organization,
preparing the place for our needs. This time of reception, information
and installation is important for the rest of the weekend and requires
the participation of everyone.

11h00 : Plenary Assembly.
1 - Presentation of the participants.
2 - Organisation of a facilitation group for all discussions of the
weekend: facilitator, moderation, translation, taking of minutes, etc
3 - Results from the mobilisation : Texts, local group, actions...
4 - Presentation and reports of the working groups.
5 - List of decisions we need to take.

Sunday, April 24th

10h30 : Time for welcoming, waking up, breakfast. ( This clarification
seems perhaps futile, yet necessary to respect the needs and rhythm of
everyone throughout the weekend and welcome and inform people which
were not present the previous day.)

11h00: Plenary Assembly
1 - Recall of decisons we need to take and summary of the groups.
2 - Discussion on issues/questions/proposals from the groups
3 - Task list for the groups

14h00 : Food

15h00 : Working groups

20h00 : Results from the groups, list of tasks and problems remaining

21h00 : Food and Party

Monday, April 25th

10h30: Time for waking up, breakfast, gathering

11h00 : Working groups on issues highlighted by the results of Sunday

13h00 : Food

14h00 :  Plenary Session
1 - Synthesis from the working groups
2 - Temperature and collective decisions

17h00 : Debriefing of the week-end.

17h30 : Cleaning up, putting back the site in the state we found it,
would be nice if people could stay and help !
