translations. However we did say we would write a new
call to action and the calender is a bit misleading.

took place in Belgrade, Post-Yugoslavia from 21st-29th

for a Global Day of Action on July 5-8th 2005 - the

G8 Summit to take place at Gleneagles, Perthshire,
United Kingdom

They have called for people to join the convergences
in Scotland being

Woensdag 6 juli 2005
In 1990 hield de G7 een top in Londen. Het ging rustig
voorbij. Er
waren
geen protesten en er waren geen "rode zones".
Acht jaar later coordineren 400 sociale bewegingen
vanuit de hele
wereld
onder de vlag van Peoples' Global Action lokaal verzet
tegen globale
problemen. In het Verenigd Koninkrijk kwamen 50.000
mensen bijeen om
zich te
verzetten tegen de G8 top in Birmingham.
In 2005 komt de G8 terug naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Mobilisatie voor verzet tegen toppen over de hele
wereld hebben strijd
op
verschillende fronten gebundelt. Deze mobilisaties
hebben in de loop
der
tijd een globale "beweging van bewegingen" gecreeert,
op vele punten
een
historisch hoogtepunt.
De Peoples' Global Action Conferentie in Europa roept
op voor een
globale
actiedag op woensdag 6 juli 2005, de openingsdag van
de G8 top (die
wordt
gehouden in Gleneagles, Perthshire, Schotland). Dit is
een oproep voor
mensen om in Schotland samen te komen en de
conferentie te verstoren,
en om
gelijktijdig acties te laten plaatsvinden in dorpen en
steden
wereldwijd.
Naast gecoordineerde acties is dit ook een oproep voor
groepen en
bewegingen
wereldwijd om te leren van ons verleden en successen;
een oproep om
onze
huidige speerpunten te beoordelen; een oproep voor
discussie en
planning;
een oproep voor wereldwijd verzet tegen een van de

ontmoetingen van wereldleiders in Europa volgend jaar.

Woensdag 6 juli 2005
In 1990 hield de G7 een top in Londen. Het ging rustig
voorbij. Er
waren
geen protesten en er waren geen "rode zones".
Acht jaar later coordineren 400 sociale bewegingen
vanuit de hele
wereld
onder de vlag van Peoples' Global Action lokaal verzet
tegen globale
problemen. In het Verenigd Koninkrijk kwamen 50.000
mensen bijeen om
zich te
verzetten tegen de G8 top in Birmingham.
In 2005 komt de G8 terug naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Mobilisatie voor verzet tegen toppen over de hele
wereld hebben strijd
op
verschillende fronten gebundelt. Deze mobilisaties
hebben in de loop
der
tijd een globale "beweging van bewegingen" gecreeert,
op vele punten
een
historisch hoogtepunt.
De Peoples' Global Action Conferentie in Europa roept
op voor een
globale
actiedag op woensdag 6 juli 2005, de openingsdag van
de G8 top (die
wordt
gehouden in Gleneagles, Perthshire, Schotland). Dit is
een oproep voor
mensen om in Schotland samen te komen en de
conferentie te verstoren,
en om
gelijktijdig acties te laten plaatsvinden in dorpen en
steden
wereldwijd.
Naast gecoordineerde acties is dit ook een oproep voor
groepen en
bewegingen
wereldwijd om te leren van ons verleden en successen;
een oproep om
onze
huidige speerpunten te beoordelen; een oproep voor
discussie en
planning;
een oproep voor wereldwijd verzet tegen een van de
belangrijkste
ontmoetingen van wereldleiders in Europa volgend jaar.

Woensdag 6 juli 2005
In 1990 hield de G7 een top in Londen. Het ging rustig
voorbij. Er
waren
geen protesten en er waren geen "rode zones".
Acht jaar later coordineren 400 sociale bewegingen
vanuit de hele
wereld
onder de vlag van Peoples' Global Action lokaal verzet
tegen globale
problemen. In het Verenigd Koninkrijk kwamen 50.000
mensen bijeen om
zich te
verzetten tegen de G8 top in Birmingham.
In 2005 komt de G8 terug naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Mobilisatie voor verzet tegen toppen over de hele
wereld hebben strijd
op
verschillende fronten gebundelt. Deze mobilisaties
hebben in de loop
der
tijd een globale "beweging van bewegingen" gecreeert,
op vele punten
een
historisch hoogtepunt.
De Peoples' Global Action Conferentie in Europa roept
op voor een
globale
actiedag op woensdag 6 juli 2005, de openingsdag van
de G8 top (die
wordt
gehouden in Gleneagles, Perthshire, Schotland). Dit is
een oproep voor
mensen om in Schotland samen te komen en de
conferentie te verstoren,
en om
gelijktijdig acties te laten plaatsvinden in dorpen en
steden
wereldwijd.
Naast gecoordineerde acties is dit ook een oproep voor
groepen en
bewegingen
wereldwijd om te leren van ons verleden en successen;
een oproep om
onze
huidige speerpunten te beoordelen; een oproep voor
discussie en
planning;
een oproep voor wereldwijd verzet tegen een van de
belangrijkste
ontmoetingen van wereldleiders in Europa volgend jaar.

Woensdag 6 juli 2005
In 1990 hield de G7 een top in Londen. Het ging rustig
voorbij. Er
waren
geen protesten en er waren geen "rode zones".
Acht jaar later coordineren 400 sociale bewegingen
vanuit de hele
wereld
onder de vlag van Peoples' Global Action lokaal verzet
tegen globale
problemen. In het Verenigd Koninkrijk kwamen 50.000
mensen bijeen om
zich te
verzetten tegen de G8 top in Birmingham.
In 2005 komt de G8 terug naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Mobilisatie voor verzet tegen toppen over de hele
wereld hebben strijd
op
verschillende fronten gebundelt. Deze mobilisaties
hebben in de loop
der
tijd een globale "beweging van bewegingen" gecreeert,
op vele punten
een
historisch hoogtepunt.
De Peoples' Global Action Conferentie in Europa roept
op voor een
globale
actiedag op woensdag 6 juli 2005, de openingsdag van
de G8 top (die
wordt
gehouden in Gleneagles, Perthshire, Schotland). Dit is
een oproep voor
mensen om in Schotland samen te komen en de
conferentie te verstoren,
en om
gelijktijdig acties te laten plaatsvinden in dorpen en
steden
wereldwijd.
Naast gecoordineerde acties is dit ook een oproep voor
groepen en
bewegingen
wereldwijd om te leren van ons verleden en successen;
een oproep om
onze
huidige speerpunten te beoordelen; een oproep voor
discussie en
planning;
een oproep voor wereldwijd verzet tegen een van de
belangrijkste
ontmoetingen van wereldleiders in Europa volgend jaar.

Perthshire, Grossbritannien (Schottland, etwa 70km von
Edinburgh).
Menschen werden zur Teilnahme an den vom Dissent!
Network
(www.dissent.org.uk) organisierten Protesten
aufgefordert um den Gipfel
zu
stoeren. Gleichzeitig wird dazu aufgerufen, Aktionen
in Doerfern und
Staedten weltweit zu organisieren und an diesen
teilzunehmen.
Der Aufruf wird bald auf www.agp.or oder auf
www.pgaconference.org und
der
Website des Dissent! Network veroeffentlicht.
