[dissent-tech] Web meeting at the Dissent gathering

Monday is fine with me and I thought it was planned to be on Monday in our 
flat so did not actually advertise it.
But will try to get better location for it, now that I know it should be 
public.
Will get back to you as soon as have found a location.
