[dissent-tech] Addition to website

Hi.

I'm part of group working on producing book of reflections on
Gleneagles counter-mobilisation. This project received support both at
last weekend's Dissent! gathering in Monmouth and at Big Green
Gathering. I think it would be useful to put up some info about the
project on the Dissent! website. For example, our invitation to
contribute under teh Recent Info header and something about us in the
Working Groups section.
