[dissent-tech] Web stuff: upgrade / tutorials

Finally decided to take the plunge and upgraded website, as needed 
security fix anyway. This hopefully should fix a few bugs but may have 
introduced some more, gallery is broken will look to fix soon. Take care 
when admining site, as lots of changes, but still same basic model.

It seems front page reverted to default story layout, will look into later.

Need to check all 3rd party modules carefully to see if newer versions 
that work better with  upgrade.

Now using a new wysiwyg editor that comes with upgrade, but may see 
about changing to one uses just before, but see about what people think 
of it.

Seems some icons access has been lost, should be restoreable.



There seems to be a 3MB upload limit on doc manager that I could not 
seem to increase even though there is option to do so in admin.

So I uploaded that international dissent outreach flyer pdf direct to 
filesystem (with scp):

It seems g8gathering at yahoo.co.uk has gone maybe due to not being checked 
for over 5 weeks after Newcastle gathering. And I guess no one recorded 
the registration details in order to recover.

At gathering I am not sure if I can do much web stuff as I hoped as 
other pressing issues to be involved in sorting out there.

I will try and see about what can be put in place as far as access at 
venue goes.

Also people staying beyond weekend may be able to get tutorials from me.
