I have access to the administrative interface, so I can try to look and see
if I can make it anymore private if that is what folks want. I definitely
would push for continued sharing of the notes, afterall, there is no
"approval" process to be included on the listserv, so even if we were able
to make it unsearchable, anyone could still subscribe to the listserv and
monitor ANY activity on it. I realize that it is sketchy, but we are almost
all on facebook as well, and even if we use a fake name, it is still linked
to an email that is linked to an IP address, so it is still not even close
to being secure or private. I think it is wise to keep things as private as
possible, but I definitely don't have the skillset to make it even close to
secure......and I agree, we DO NOT do anything illegal or even really
dependent on privacy, so it will hopefully not be an issue.
