Subject: Public Comment Needed in Permanent Regulatory Process for
Abortion Facilities
To: christie <grimmauld12 at gmail.com>

Hey Christie!

As you well know, the fight over the regulations for women’s health
centers continues. Please excuse the form nature of this email, but
I’m trying to get in touch with a ton of folks tonight about
submitting comment before 2/15. Any help you can provide by submitting
comments online, and forwarding this email along to RRFP would be so
appreciated.

Now that the governor has signed the temporary regulations for
clinics, we are entering the permanent regulatory process. The Board
of Health will now decide which regulations to place on women’s health
centers when the temporary regulations expire. The Department of
Health has proposed permanent regulations identical to the temporary
regulations, so the concerns about the impact of the regulations
remain the same.

I am writing to see if you would submit comments to the Board of
Health in opposition to the permanent regulations. Your feedback is
exactly the perspective the Board needs to hear. The ability to
comment during this phase of the process ends on February 15. We have
talking points, if you’d like, here:

You can submit your comments online at this link:

Additionally, we just learned that the Board of Health is hearing
public comment on the regulations this Friday, January 27th at 10:00
am. If you are able to join us there, your attendance would be so
appreciated. Click here for more details:

If you have any questions or thoughts, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Kathy Greenier
