wooo this is rad. few wording things though to make the message a little
more concise: I would say the phrasing for "a month or so ago" is a little
clunky, i'd suggest "about a month ago". also, "dismayed and dissapointed"
are kindof similar words doing the same thing for the sentence, maybe it
only needs one of them?
