[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] WARNING: Do not go to Broad St DMV in extreme heat!

Please spread this around to everyone you know in RVA to warn them not to
visit the DMV on Broad Streets when it is this hot outside. It’s not worth
your health and well-being or your life.

Today I went to the DMV at 2300 West Broad Street. Today it is 102 degrees
outside. As anyone who lives and drives in Richmond knows, there are white
stone steps and a platform leading up to the front doors of the DMV.
Well, today when I visited the DMV, while walking up those steps the sun
was literally blinding me. That white stone was also reflecting the heat in
some hells gate type torturous vortex. No exaggerating—-I wouldn’t be
surprised if that 40 ft area in front of the DMV was at least 160 degrees.
I have never felt anything that hot that wasn’t fire.

 I sat down inside and almost threw up and passed out. This DMV location
needs to put a warning on their website and in their parking lot. What if
someone dies from heat stroke just because they thought white stone looked
nice?
