Child Birth
This is a class taught by a labor, delivery, and postpartum
nurse.  We will go over what you need to know about giving birth in a
hospital including in depth explanations of medical procedures, their
risks, and how they affect labor.  How to determine what type of birth
attendant to choose and where to give birth.  And I will discuss natural
ways to speed up labor, reduce pain, avoid the use of forceps or vacuum in
delivery, prevent vaginal tearing, and reduce the risk of c-section.  My
focus is on a more natural approach to childbirth.
