Despite the rumours, it seems Condoleezza Rice was never due to come
to this meeting. That would make sense, since her brief covers
'Foreign Affairs' and this is a 'Home Affairs' meeting.

Anyway, those who are coming are pretty heavyweight. Here's the
official list as of yesterday. Those with a (C) next to their name
have confirmed. The French names will change because of the reshuffle
following Sunday's referendum - Nicolas Sarkozy has replaced Villepin
(and incidentally comes with a reputation for promoting "Anglo-Saxon"
free market reforms). I'm not sure if Perben's held on to his post.
One of the German ministers, Brigitte Zypries, isn't coming and won't
be sending a replacement. Chieko Noono from Japan won't be coming, but
will be replaced by someone. The UK isn't mentioned, but I think it's
safe to assume Charles Clarke will be coming - don't know about anyone
else.
