Hi All,

I have apologised to the owners of the Plaza for the misinformation on 
the flyer and poster.  They are not happy but are ok about it and are 
willing to let us use the Plaza as a back up space on 15/16/17 9am - 9pm 
for meetings.  It is not licenced for food or music.  They would expect 
a donation.  Their normal price is £50 per day.  Can we please NOT use 
the Plaza or 66 Spital Hill on any future communications.  It turns out 
this is actually the address of the barber in the Plaza so I apologised 
to him also.

It is fine to use Burngreave Ashram, 86 Spital Hill as an address to 
send people to.  We at the Ashram don't feel a need for excessive 
secrecy.  There are some things we need to keep close and some we 
don't.  It seems to me that the attempt for secrecy has caused a lot of 
confusion and could cause us a lot more if people are not able to find us.

I appreciate that organising a convergence centre is a big job and I 
don't wish to criticise those who are doing it.  I did offer to have 
accomodation and food at the Ashram and I thought that was agreed at a 
meeting.  If there are other plans then that is fine.  It would be 
helpful if someone could let me know if that is still needed and how 
many are expected.  It is a concern to me that this close to the event 
we have not had info up as to how people can register.

I don't think I can accept responsibility for causing "panic and 
confusion".  That was what I felt when I discovered the Plaza named on 
posters as a place to eat, sleep etc."  All I did was name the fact that 
confusion has happened. 

I can't guarantee to get to the meeting on Weds though it would be a 
good thing to
 do.  As you know my energy for organisation is very limited.
