[g8-sheffield] Parkwood update

I spoke to Paul Antcliffe earlier - it now seems the planning board
won't look at this on the 6th after all. The earliest date it could go
to one of their meetings is 24th May, but that's not a confirmed date
- agendas don't go out until a few days before the meeting.
