[g8-sheffield] Justice ministers

Since this is the so called justice minister's conference, and it's
also the G8 another obvious issue would be the complete lack of
justice regarding the extremely violent beatings of protesters in
Genoa.

Since it's now 5 years ago it sounds as if those guilty will get off
the serious charges. This is a complete abuse of the justice system.
