Hi,

Yes, sounds logical.

As for time, I have done it in the past in half an hour plus another
half hour for questions.

As for materials, it would be fun to have a laptop and a projector but
maybe more essential would be a whiteboard or big papers and pens; I can
take my own marker pens.
