yes: i think john's offer is fantastic (and totally agree with the
f/oss argument!) - well, all the offers really ;-)

yes: i think anyone who has access to a printers should be asking for
a quotation - it doesn't hurt to shop around, even if they are
workers' collectives

yes: to getting this done!
