[HacktionLab] To pay (in advance) or not to pay: we decide!

co-op are a good bank. takes about 2-3 weeks to set up, once you've
done all the paper work. nothing too complex. however, the aktivix
account is there, and for this type of thing (well, to support tech/uk
political work).
