Thanks for this. My fault, hadn't read all emails before posting.
However, there was talk of .odt format ... so we can print and proof
read as if we were professional proof readers ;) no such thing done?

In that case I'll copy/paste manually, and will start off with first
chapter on Friday I think - unless some one says here that some chapters
need more help than others? Yes I hear about the introduction - but that
is rightly left til the rest is fixed - so said a lecturer at Uni once...
