[HacktionLab] ACT: decide the summer hacktionlab dates!

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd go ahead and do a decider for the summer event, just to
get a feeling for it.

I've plummed for the same weekend as the last two, my personal
favourite, and also added the two weekends beforehand to give us some
options.

I haven't gone for any afterwards as most feedback from the last two is
that any closer to Glastonbury Festival dates would be unmanageable for
some.

So that's it.  I'd really prefer just to set the date at the weekend of
the 11th to the 13th and be done with it.
