[HacktionLab] Reply to to person, rather than list

Hi There,

At the moment this list works that all replies go back to the list
rather than the person that did the post.  This can tend to create
flurries of spam, like yesterday when I got the dates wrong.

Propose we move to the more standard way that a reply goes to the poster
and if you want to reply to the list as well, you have to hit Reply All
(or Reply to List) instead.

If there's no objections to this proposal, I might just go ahead and do
it....
