It wasn't about snowballing costs, but fairness, but I do take Llanos's
point on board, and yours too.

Ditto.  It seems to have been blown out of all proportion into an issue.

Yes.

I totally agree.  We don't even know who's going to turn up and how many
kids there will be.  Currently we don't have a structure booked for a
crêche.  I propose we wait until the 1st June and see where we're at
with things.

I also think that it'd be adequate to simply have a segment of the
plenary/intro session on Friday night about kids and then those with
kids and everyone else can discuss it there and then and sort it out
when the need has made itself clear.
