[HacktionLab] Problems with bank account and making payments

Hi all,

There's been a problem with the bank account that means that if you've
tried to make a payment, then it will have been bounced back at you.

The issue is that the centre that processes the account application
didn't receive a proper copy of one of the bits of id and therefore it
had a bar put on it.  My branch refaxed this item in my presence, but
speaking to the processing office in Taunton today it turns out that the
Oxford branch lacks a proper header on their faxes and so they didn't
accept it!  It is pretty laughable that the venerable fax machine is
still in use for this kind of thing, nearly 30 years into it's existence
and that people still have issues with using them correctly.

Anyway I'm on their asses and hope to resolve this today, so do hold
your horses if you're trying again and I'll let you all know when
they've figured out how to get the fax working properly.  I'm
considering going up their and offering my services to configure it for
them.
