Hello,

If you're on this list and are intending to come but haven't yet signed
up because you don't want to use the registration form for whatever
reason.  Then I'm here to offer you an alternative way to do it.

If you email me directly (as the treasurer and one handling bookings at
the moment) and use PGP if you wish by getting my public key from
http://mbharris.co.uk/pgp.html - I'll need to know your name, email and
contact number, when you think you'll arrive (Friday afternoon/eve,
Saturday morning, or before Friday), if you can come early to help set
up or stay late to tat down (on Monday) and any special dietary
requirements or allergies we ought to know about.

We really need your payments up front this year, but you can make a
deposit in cash if you prefer.

That's it really, but as I said before DO sign up if you're coming, even
if you've been before and it's damn obvious that you'll be there.  Thank
you.
