I've now spoken to Mike, he's going to get it printed with his

Thinking of a run of 1000, but maybe just 500.

Basically the earliest I can have a cover designed would be next 
Wednesday, which is far too late for printing. I think this latest 
modification of the leaflet most please, and am excited about it finally 
getting into print.
