[HacktionLab] Printable book

Hi all,

nice one on getting this together! Just found the time to take the first
look in ages. I noticed there's a mix of greyscale and colour images. Is
the plan to print it on colour? If not, it would be good to make the
colour images greyscale and optimise them, so they don't turn out badly.
Same goes for the links, currently they're blue and underlined, which
might not turn out well if it's printed without colours. Other links
have no emphasis at all. Maybe a different font for emphasis would work
better, and consistency would be really helpful.

Don't mean to be a downer and or delay printing any longer. So if
someone wants to point me towards the latest version in editable format,
I'll see if I can make these changes happen until next week. If people
think it's a good idea to do so.

Cheers,
Mara
