[HacktionLab] Wiki updates for Manc hacklab.

Hi All,

I've taken the liberty of updating the wiki page on the next Manchester
gathering, to make it a tad more snazzy:

I did reword the bit that read '[hacktionlab] is taking place at the
same time as another gathering of computer enthusiasts' to 'This is
happening at the same time as Hackamedia - a gathering of technologists,
artists and hackers' as I thought it made both Hackamedia and us sound a
little more appealing! :P

I've also updated the home page a little, as it was looking a bit out of
date:

I've put mention of the autumn gathering in Bradford at the 1-in-12 as
last conversation I had with JimDog on the subject was that it was a
goer.  Perhaps if we're still up for it, then we could set a date and an
agenda in Manchester?
