[HacktionLab] Registration for manchester hacktionlab - and tech tools

Everyone is making political capital from the riots.
We should do the same!

This is crazy bullshit really but we should get the tech tools for
activists better know about on the back of this crazynesss.
Maybe a tech tools for idiots version.

Also I've set up a registration for the Manchester hacktion lab, I'm in
the process of sorting out accommodation so it would be helpful if we
could use this to get an idea of the numbers.

project and how people can get involved, if you see one you add info
